B2B Sales Executive

Drive B2B revenue by selling Softution products to companies, from first outreach to signed contract.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in Switzerland and nearby markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and operational stakeholders.
- Work with product and delivery teams to shape proposals that match business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in software, digital services, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting quota and closing mid-to-high value deals.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Fluent in English; Italian and/or German is a strong plus.
