B2B Sales Executive

Drive B2B revenue by selling Softution products to companies, from first outreach to signed contract.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in Switzerland and nearby markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and operational stakeholders.
  • Work with product and delivery teams to shape proposals that match business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in software, digital services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting quota and closing mid-to-high value deals.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluent in English; Italian and/or German is a strong plus.
